Registration Information

Registration is open to all boys and girls who reside in Matawan Borough and Aberdeen Township. Squad sizes are limited to 35 and formed on a first come basis.
All participants must be registered.
All Practices & Home Games will be at the Matawan Region High School.

We are pleased to announce our new registration process for the upcoming 2010 season. All children who have been in the program must register as well as all new participants.
This state–of–the–art process incorporates National Pop Warner software with our online process to provide all the documentation to make us compliant with Jersey Shore and Eastern Region.
This is the only way you can register for the upcoming season. Please register as soon as possible as teams will be filling up. We ask that all the information that you enter is accurate so we can improve our communication to our football and cheer community.
As with any new process, we ask that you be patient and understand we are trying as an organization to improve our program for the enjoyment of the children. Methods of payment are by credit card , debit or pre-paid debit card. There will be no checks accepted or cash.
There is a $25 discount if you register before May 1st and a late charge of $50 if you register after July 1st. We need to declare teams to the Jersey Shore Pop Warner Football League before August 1st, which is our first day of practice. If we cannot field the team you have registered for, your money will be refunded.
There will no refunds after August 10th, 2010. I look forward to meeting everyone and welcoming back the returning children as we prepare for another season . I thank you for your time and consideration. |

- Check or Money order – registration and work bond
- Completed Parental Consent Form [Given at Registration]
- An original and copy of your child's birth certificate
- Recent Photo – Wallet Size
- Final Report Card and copy
- Original Sports Code of Conduct Contract [Given at Registration]

Additional Fees
$100.00 Work Bond per Family
- This check WILL BE cashed and the money will be refunded to you upon completion of 3 taggings and a work requirement.
- Football players will be required to purchase a personalized football jersey for $50. This is also due at registration.
- Each family will receive a book of 50 raffle tickets. Each ticket costs $2.00. Three cash prizes will be awarded at our last home game. Payment of $50 will also be due at registration. You will get your money back by selling the tickets.
